Mound Westonka White Hawks standout football player Logan Leonard was recently selected to play in the 2020-2021 Minnesota High School All-Star Football Game, which will take place on Saturday, June 26th. Game time and location are TBD.

The senior captain adds this great accomplishment to a long list of football accolades. Leonard was a three-year starter and 4-year letter winner for the White Hawks and was a Twin Cities All-District selection in both 2019 and 2020. Additionally, Leonard was selected to the Class 4A Individual Academic All-State Team.

“Logan Leonard is one of those kinds of players who make us coaches look really smart. He is honestly one of the most talented players I have ever had the opportunity to coach. His high football IQ and physicality on defense were unparalleled as opposing teams always had to be aware of where Logan lined up on any given play,” White Hawks Head Coach Nick David said. “His high motor and pure determination on each and every play was second to none every game that he stepped out onto the field. His ability, grit, and leadership will truly be missed,” Coach David said.
